Room Hire
There are several different room options at the venue with a range of capacities:
- 60-80 person room for the full day (£420)
- 30 person room for the full day (£360)
Half-Day Workshops
If you would like to run a half-day workshop, it might be possible to share the cost of the room with another workshop. This will be dependent on the final arrangement of the day and so is not guaranteed.
Catering Costs
- Tea and coffee with biscuits (£3.75 per person)
- Sandwich lunch with juice and fruit (£10.75 per person)
- Cold buffet with juice (£9.65 per person)
Alternative Catering Options
There is also a cafe onsite, so it would be possible for attendees to get food and drink on their own.
A/V Facilities and Costs
Each room includes:
- A main screen with HDMI connectivity
- A built-in computer
The 60-person room also includes:
- 3 microphones
Additional A/V Requirements
Any additional A/V needs should be requested in your application and those costs can be agreed with the conference organisers before a final acceptance is made.
